Federal Court Ruling Pauses San Diego Beach Yoga Ban

A federal appeals court has granted a preliminary injunction against the City of San Diego’s beach yoga ban, ruling it likely violates First Amendment rights.

That means free or donation-based yoga + fitness classes are allowed again at Sunset Cliffs + Pacific Beach — no permit required.
